Basics
We have the whole property to ourselves for the weekend. A few things worth knowing before you get there:
Food & Drink
Stocked, but BYO
There's snacks, water, and alcohol in the main cabins. It helps to bring whatever you like to drink for your own cabin, plus food if you get hungry between meals.
Town
7 Minutes Away
Downtown Calistoga is a close drive if you need anything else. Uber, Doordash, etc. are available from the ranch.
Your Room
Has the Basics
Each room has a towel and the basics like shampoo and conditioner. There's no onsite staff, so bring anything else you need to get ready (think an Airbnb, not a hotel).

Packing for the Ranch
- 01Comfortable shoes. It's a working ranch with gravel paths between the cabins, so bring shoes you can walk in.
- 02Layers. Days are going to be HOT but evenings cool down, so bring a jacket or something warmer for the nights.
- 03Sunscreen. The basics are in your room, but bring your own of everything else.
- 04Swimming. There's a pool and hot tub on-site. Don't forget a swimsuit!
- 05Dress code. Each event has its own dress code on the site: Rehearsal Brunch, Pool Party, and Wedding. Outside of this – clothes for throwing the football.

The Weekend
WednesdayJuly 29 · River Day in GuernevilleOptional

Zero pressure to attend. For those who are able to free up, join us for a day on the river at our Airbnb in Guerneville. If you're in SF, it's an easy drive and we'd really love to see you. There are kayaks and tubes, music, and a brewery about a half-mile away. Come anytime after 1 and stay as late as you want.
If you need a place to stay the night, let Walker or Jordan know.
ThursdayJuly 30 · Arrival

Meet up for a beer at the Victorian once everyone's checked in. The Victorian
6:00 PM
We'll head into Calistoga for a welcome happy hour at Lincoln Ave. Brewing – a casual chance to see everyone before things get busy. We'll arrange cars there and back. Very low-key, wear whatever's comfortable for a warm summer evening. Lincoln Ave. Brewing · Downtown Calistoga
10:00 PM
Pool area closes and locks up for the night. If you hop the fence after 10:00 PM we lose our security deposit, so please don't do that.
FridayJuly 31 · Rehearsal + Pool Party
8:00–9:30 AM
Light breakfast and coffee to start the day, with pastries and a yogurt bar. Vintner's Barn
10:30 AM
Ceremony rehearsal (wedding party only, come dressed for rehearsal brunch). Meet at the Tree
11:00 AM–1:30 PM
Rehearsal brunch on the patios.
1:00 PM
Brunch wraps up and we head to the pool.
4:00–9:00 PM
Welcome pool party – the main event on Friday. Tacos from Vatos, margaritas, and dinner around 5, all at the pool.
9:00 PM
Things wrap up around 9. Walker's calling it early before the wedding, but anyone who wants to keep going can head into Calistoga or over to Susie's, the dive bar in town. The pool closes at 10.

Hair and makeup begins for the wedding party. The Victorian
All Morning
If you're not in the wedding party, take it easy. The pool and hot tub are open, there's food and drinks around from the days before, or you can head downtown for lunch. Anyone staying onsite is welcome to come by the main house while we get ready.
1:30 PM
The guys meet up to get ready. Distillery Barn

Please be ready by 3. Offsite guests start arriving at 3:15, if you are staying on-site it is your job, duty, and honor to set the tone and bring the party.
